该公司表示，三季度开始至11月18日，集团港澳市场营业额和同店销售分别暴跌39.4%及39.1%，较上半年表现大幅恶化。该公司进一步指出，通过自然流失，公司雇员已经按年减少约300人至4，500人，而部分职位雇员自9月开始已经每月放2-4日无薪假。中期集团员工成本5.546亿港元。
